Lenders, investors or equity markets may require a CPA to "sign off" on the business' financial statements. We can assist with this requirement by preparing audited, reviewed or compiled financial statements. As a smaller firm, we are able to competitively price our services while providing the highest quality work product.

Many CPA firms no longer offer audit services. This is because accounting standards continue to become more complex. In addition, complying with peer review / quality review requirements makes it increasingly difficult for some CPA firms to offer audit services. Our firm meets the quality review requirements. We are registered with the State Board of Accountancy as an audit firm. In addition, we comply with the external peer review requirements of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) and the Florida Board of Accountancy. We are also approved by the PCAOB (Public Company Accounting Oversight Board) to perform audits of publicly traded companies.
