Lester E. Weisman, CPA

Les is a Certified Public Accountant with 20 years of experience in both private and public accounting. Les started his career at KMPG International and has significant audit and tax experience in real estate, automotive dealerships, hotel and hospitality industries and sports & entertainment industries.

Les' real estate clients include property managers and developers of regional shopping centers, residential condominium projects and hotels.

Les is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Jeffrey B. Kramer, CPA

Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant with over twenty years of experience working in both public accounting and private industry. Jeff started his career as an auditor with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and has worked at several prominent South Florida accounting firms. He also served as corporate controller of a privately held manufacturing company.

He has extensive experience working with physicians (in both individual and group practices), with hospitals and with other healthcare clients. In addition, he works with entrepreneurial clients in numerous industries including real estate, hospitality, distribution, manufacturing, technology and not for profit organizations. He also works with homeowners associations and pension plans.

Jeff provides accounting, bookkeeping, tax compliance, financial statement preparation, auditing and consulting services to his clients. In addition, he has served as an expert witness on several disputes in the healthcare industry.

Jeff has published a number of articles and has lectured on health care topics. He is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, South Florida Healthcare Executive Forum (Former Board Member), Nova Southeastern University H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship Young Entrepreneurs Council, the Healthcare Financial Management Association and Memorial Hospital Foundation Planned Giving Committee (Board Member).

Brad Hacker, CPA

Brad is a partner and provides leadership in our CFO Services Division (Small Cap Advisors LLP). He is a senior financial executive with vast experience assisting growing companies. Brad works closely with owners and management executives to develop, implement and manage systems helping companies achieve higher levels of success. He provides value by identifying profit enhancement strategies and improving business processes.

Brad is a former Chief Financial Officer of two publicly traded multi-million dollar companies. Brad led his companies in streamlining systems and increasing profitability and was instrumental in restructuring financing to maintain financial covenants, and managed the due diligence process for the acquisition and merger of over 20 companies.

A few of Brad's Achievements are:

• Directed the successful acquisition of over twenty companies, including negotiation of purchase agreements and overall integration of the merged companies.
• Established a finance department for a company with revenues starting at $300,000 and developed the department to support the company's growth in revenues to over $75 million annually.
• Renegotiated and converted three separate bank facilities into one master $100 million facility in order to accommodate cash needs.
• Performed SEC reporting, filing and tax planning.

Suzanne S. Duffy, CPA

Sue is a Certified Public Accountant, with over fifteen years of experience in both private industry and public accounting. Sue started her career as a staff professional with a local firm where she received cross-training in both audit and tax.

Sue has worked with several organizations serving as controller. She has refined and restaffed the accounting functions, including implementing new accounting software and procedures.

Sue also provides accounting, tax and consulting services to individuals and to clients in various industries including; retail, marine, professional service.

She is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Institute of Management Accountants. Sue is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Lynne Kransberg, CPA

Lynne is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of public and private industry experience. She began her career as an auditor with a large international public accounting firm. Lynne has also been responsible for directing the complete financial and tax functions in her capacity as controller for several mid to large-size companies.

Lynne currently provides accounting, auditing and tax services for clients in a variety of industries. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
