Jeffrey B. Kramer, CPA

Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant practicing in South Florida since 1987. He earned his bachelor of science in accounting from the University of Florida in 1986. Jeff began his career as an auditor with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He also worked in key positions at several other prominent South Florida accounting firms and served as corporate controller of a privately held manufacturing company.

Jeff provides audit, tax, and advisory services to his clients. He works with clients across a wide range of industries including healthcare, wholesale/distribution, technology, real estate, hospitality, manufacturing and not-for-profit organizations. In addition, Jeff provides financial statement audit services for pension and profit sharing plans.

Jeff works extensively with clients in the healthcare industry including hospitals, medical groups, managed care organizations and other healthcare companies. He also provides forensic accounting services and has served as a financial expert in several disputes in the healthcare industry.

Jeff has published a number of articles and lectures on healthcare topics. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Healthcare Committee), South Florida Healthcare Executive Forum (Former Board Member), Nova Southeastern University H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship Young Entrepreneurs Council, Healthcare Financial Management Association and Memorial Hospital Foundation Planned Giving Committee (Board Member).

Lester E. Weisman, CPA

Les is a Certified Public Accountant with 20 years of experience in both private and public accounting. Les started his career at KMPG International and has significant audit and tax experience in real estate, automotive dealerships, hotel and hospitality industries and sports & entertainment industries.

Les' real estate clients include property managers and developers of regional shopping centers, residential condominium projects and hotels.

Les is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Suzanne S. Duffy, CPA

Sue is a Certified Public Accountant, with over fifteen years of experience in both private industry and public accounting. Sue started her career as a staff professional with a local firm where she received cross-training in both audit and tax.

Sue has worked with several organizations serving as controller. She has refined and restaffed the accounting functions, including implementing new accounting software and procedures.

Sue also provides accounting, tax and consulting services to individuals and to clients in various industries including; retail, marine, professional service.

She is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Institute of Management Accountants. Sue is also a Certified QuickBooks Advanced ProAdvisor.
